Jem Finer of Longplayer, the 1,000yr piece of Tibetan Bells music, is
having an open house at east London's lighthouse around lunchtime and
early afternoon on NYE. You're invited!

Imagine standing atop a Victorian lighthouse, champagne in hand looking
out across the Thames to the millennium dome, the wharf silence broken
by the bells chiming out.

I went last year and it was enchanting; highly highly recommended. Jem's
a great guy too.
