[MT-users] FYI - activity log switched off

I suspect practically no-one uses it but just to be sure.. I have
disabled the "View activity log" feature which to all practical purposes
is not useful in a shared environment.

If anyone by chance does use this please let me know and we can work
something out.

(It generates an enormous page and hammers the database quite hard, for
relatively little non-administrative gain.)
