[Surfside] 2004 Bush/Kerry 1st debate word count analysis

A friend of Philip Greenspun put together an Excel spreadsheet that 
would count the number of times a particular word was used by a 
candidate in the debate.  Greenspun links to the spreadsheet in his blog[1].

A reader of his blog, no fan of Excel documents, put together a PHP 
application[2] that does the same thing and calls up the context in 
which the word was used.
