A coupla months ago I said I would be removing these default files in
favour of replacement named ones with info on how to update your site.
I've canned these old-named scripts (at last) so spammers trying these
files will be rejected -- as you're seeing.
If your templates still refer to mt-comments.cgi and mt-tb.cgi comments
& trackbacks'll be broken.
